Sept. 12 - Mixer at the Knickerbocker

New Holland's Knickerbocker Lounge is providing free entertainment, appetizers, and soft drinks for all college students the night of September 12. Grab your friends and come down to the gateway to Grand Rapids' Westside.

The Knickerbocker also has an incredible seasonal menu of delicious food available for purchase, along with a full drink menu.

Sept. 13 - GR Respect

GR Respect is a mini workshop series on how to be a citizen in the city of Grand Rapids, MI. Resources will be available from the city of Grand Rapids to give students information on a variety of subjects including everything from navigating bus routes to renting in the city of GR to financial planning.

Sept. 14 - GR Connect

GR Connect is a networking event that aims to connect students with local employers. Whether you are looking for a full-time job after graduation, an internship, or just want to make some connections, GR Connect gives you an opportunity to do so in a fun, unique setting.

Sept. 15 - GR Unwind & GR Live

Head over to Aquinas' gorgeous campus to enjoy a free Yoga session. There are two times that sessions will be running: 9am-10am; 10:15am-11:15am. Then stick around for food trucks, hammocks, and live music from 4:30-8:00pm!

Sept. 15 - GR Smile

Hosted at Calvin College, GR Smile is a night of laughter and fun featuring Preacher Lawson, who describes himself as “a stand-up comedian, actor, singer, human, professional black guy.”  He may best be known for being a finalist on the 12th season (2017) of America’s Got Talent.  For event and ticket information, visit HERE.  Tickets are $15 in advance or $10 at the door with any local college I.D.!
